BANDAI TCG+: register your residential address from 28 September

Bandai has issued an important notice for everyone who enters One Piece Card Game events through BANDAI TCG+: you now need to register a residential address on your Bandai Namco ID account.

Why it matters

The Bandai Namco ID address management system is changing, and the new residential address field is required. Bandai warns that skipping it can affect your ability to take part in events, so it is best to do it as soon as the option opens.

Who is affected: all BANDAI TCG+ users.

When

Registration becomes available from:

• 28 September 2026, 7:00 PM (PDT)
• 28 September 2026, 10:00 PM (EDT)
• 29 September 2026, 3:00 AM (CET)

How to register or check your address

1. Log in to the Bandai Namco ID that is linked to your BANDAI TCG+ account, using the Bandai Namco ID account portal.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your residential address. If you already did, it will appear on the Address Management page.
3. For child accounts, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration.

The address cannot be registered or updated inside the BANDAI TCG+ app.

What happens if you do not register

Without a registered residential address you will not be able to:

• apply for new tournaments on BANDAI TCG+;
• check in to events with the last-minute check-in feature.
