Why it suits newcomers

A Starter Deck gives you everything you need to play under the official rules: a pre-built deck, a Leader card, DON!! cards and rule index cards. The Set Sail Deck Set follows that idea but doubles it, so a pair of players can learn together. Once you know the basics, booster packs are the natural way to customise and strengthen a deck.
