About these terms

These terms govern your use of River TCG, a free website about the One Piece Card Game with a card database, a deck builder, deck and meta statistics, tournament results and news. By using the site you accept these terms; by creating an account you also confirm that you have read our privacy policy.

River TCG is an independent fan project. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Bandai, Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation or any other rights holder.

One Piece Card Game and its logos are trademarks of Bandai. One Piece © Eiichiro Oda/Shueisha, Toei Animation. Card names, texts and images belong to their respective owners and are shown for information and reference only. If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, write to contact@river-tcg.com and we will deal with it promptly.

Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, warning you first whenever possible.

Content you publish

Some features, such as community publications and comments, may not be available at all times. Whenever they are, these rules apply to everything you publish, including your profile:

• Your content remains yours. You grant River TCG a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and reproduce it, and to adapt its format, so that it can be shown on the site for as long as it stays published.
• Publications and comments stay on the site after you delete your account, without any link to you, unless you delete them first. Our privacy policy explains the details.
• You must hold the rights to what you publish. Do not post content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, harasses or discriminates against anyone, reveals other people's personal data, is spam or advertising, or contains malware.
• We may moderate, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we will act on notices of illegal content sent to contact@river-tcg.com.

Information from third parties

• News articles are written in our own words from the information published on the official One Piece Card Game websites, and each one links to its source.
• Card data comes from the official websites and from public card databases, and tournament results come from Limitless TCG. We do our best to keep them accurate, but they may contain errors or be out of date.
• Prices are indicative: they come from public data from Cardmarket and TCGplayer and are converted with European Central Bank exchange rates. They are not offers from River TCG; the price that counts is the one on the marketplace.

Marketplace links and affiliation

River TCG does not sell anything. Deck and card pages link to Cardmarket and TCGplayer so you can find the cards. Those links carry parameters that identify River TCG as the source, and TCGplayer links may include our affiliate identifier: if you buy after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any purchase is a contract between you and the marketplace, under its own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in ways that harm it or other users. In particular, do not try to access other people's accounts or restricted areas, get around security measures, overload the service with automated requests or copy its content on a large scale, and do not use it for anything illegal.

The design, code and original texts of River TCG belong to its owner. You may share links and quote reasonable extracts with attribution; any other reuse needs our permission.

Availability and liability

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, River TCG is not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site (such as purchases), for content published by other users or for third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the changes are significant, let account holders know in advance. If you keep using the site afterwards, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
