The villains of the Alabasta arc get a deck of their own. STARTER DECK -Baroque Works- [ST-38] is a Blue/Black starter deck built around the members of Baroque Works, and it is released on 18 December 2026, alongside the Straw Hat and Alabasta deck ST-37 The Desert Princess and the Pirates.
ST-38 mixes two ideas: it keeps refreshing your hand, swapping cards in and out, and it removes the opponent's Characters with K.O. effects. The goal is to wear your opponent down with the Baroque Works agents until they have nowhere left to go. Bandai pitches it squarely at fans of the organisation, and it lines up neatly against ST-37 for anyone who wants to replay the Alabasta conflict from both sides.
As with every starter deck, everything needed for a game under the official rules is in the box, so it doubles as an entry point for brand-new players.
