Bandai has announced the next revision to the ONE PIECE Card Game Banned/Restricted Card List, effective 10 April 2026. The update was published on 31 March 2026.
The revision adds a single Banned Pair: OP07-115 "I Re-Quasar Helllp!!" and EB04-058 Borsalino can no longer be run together in the same deck. Parallel (alt-art) versions are included.
Bandai's reasoning is that the combination had spread into a wider range of decks than expected — especially those featuring Yellow — and was pushing game times noticeably longer than intended, away from the experience the team wants to deliver.
The team notes the change takes effect on 10 April 2026 in NA, EU, LATAM and OC, and that the enforcement date differs from other regions, including Japan.
