Bandai has published an apology alongside an official errata for card OP15-023, correcting a mistake in its printed effect text. The revised wording is now the official version, and it is what applies whenever the card is in play — the printed copies remain legal and are simply read with the corrected text.
Erratas like this are worth noting because the card behaves according to the official wording, not what is printed on the physical card. If OP15-023 turns up in your decks or across the table, make sure both players are working from the corrected effect so there are no surprises during a game.
