Local game stores will celebrate the release of Booster Pack -THE WORLD'S STRONGEST WARRIORS- [OP-17] and the One Piece Card Game's 4th anniversary with a dedicated in-store event. It is a chance to get the new cards early and try them out.
One additional Winner Card is available as a Lucky Prize, and each store decides how it is awarded to a single participant.

The tournament follows the Official Rules published on the official site; read the Official Rules Manual and the FAQ beforehand. If you have a doubt during a match, raise your hand straight away and follow the staff's ruling, since a correct decision may not be possible once play has moved on. Non-legitimate cards, such as photocopies, cannot be used.
