Bandai has published the full card list for STARTER DECK EX -Luffy & Ace- [ST-30], giving players a complete look at the deck before it hits shelves. Here's what stands out.

The leader: Luffy & Ace

The deck is built around the ST30-001 Luffy & Ace leader — a Red/Green card with 4 life and 6000 power, carrying the Strike/Special attribute and the Impel Down / Whitebeard Pirates / Straw Hat Crew types. Its printed effect reads:

If you have a Character with 7000 base power or more, give this Leader −2000 power. [Opponent's Turn] All of your [Portgas.D.Ace] and [Monkey.D.Luffy] cards gain +3000 power.

In short, it rewards fielding heavy hitters and turns your Ace and Luffy characters into tougher attackers and blockers on the defensive turn.

Cards to note

One early standout is ST30-002 Inazuma, a 1-cost Red character (2000 power / 1000 counter) with a dig effect:
